Breaking Ground Dance Center-Favorite Studio fortweens in westchester- This studio teaches a wide range of ballet, jazz, tap and modern dances, but the fastest-growing dance by far-especiallyamong kids ages 7-14-is hip hop It's so popular that Breaking Ground is in the process of putting together its own hip-hop company, so dancers 10 to 14 can perform and compete locally. Don't worry, Mom and Dad: Instructors are mindful of language and content when selecting music (but that doesn't stop tweens from grooving to hot tunes like "Lip Gloss" and "Ching-a-Ling" -INTown Westchester Magazine September 2008

Our director, Marissa Salemi, was just awarded "Westchester Wunderkind" by 914INC Westchester Magazine. She was chosen as one of the "county's most accomplished, and most entrepreneurial professionals under age 30". We are very excited to announce that we are EXPANDING AGAIN THIS FALL!!! We will be adding an additional 1,100 square foot classroom to offer you even more opportunities in dance! New classes this fall will include:
