25-26 Season

When do classes start and end?

Our full-year program runs September 8, 2025 – June 14, 2026.
Our half-year sessions run:

  • Fall Session: September 8, 2024 – February 1, 2025

  • Spring Session: February 2, 2025 – June 14, 2025


Do you give discounts?

Yes! We offer a pay-in-full discount at the time of registration if completed before classes begin.


Do you have a payment plan?

Yes. Families may choose our 50/50 installment plan:

  • Full-Year Programs: 50% due at registration, remaining 50% due November 15th

  • Spring Spin & Sparkle / Jammin’ Juniors: 50% due at registration (December), remaining 50% due March 15th

Please note: The 50/50 plan is an installment agreement. The second installment is still required if a class is dropped after the 6th week of class, in alignment with our withdrawal policy.  Please read below.


What happens if I am late making my second payment?

A $50 late fee will be applied for each month a payment is late.


If I would like to withdraw from a class, can I get a refund or credit?

Yes, if we are notified via email by the end of your second class. The membership investment included in tuition is non-refundable.

Our withdrawal/credit policy is as follows:

  • Weeks 1–2: Eligible for a full studio refund (minus membership investment).

  • Weeks 3–6: Eligible for a prorated credit for the remainder of the season.

  • After Week 6: No refunds or credits issued.

Studio credit may be used for classes, private lessons, merchandise, or birthday parties and is valid for 1 year from the issue date.

Important for families using the 50/50 payment plan:
The second tuition installment remains due by the scheduled date (e.g., November 15th or March 15th) even if withdrawing after Week 6, since your dancer’s spot was held for the full season or session.


Can I get credit for any missed classes?

Studio credit is only issued for missed classes in the case of a serious injury or illness that prevents your dancer from participating for an extended period of time. A doctor’s note must be provided with the expected recovery period and anticipated return date.  Credits are not issued for routine absences.


Can I make up missed classes?

Yes—make-ups are allowed based on availability in classes of the same age range and level.

Eligible reasons for make-ups include:

  • Studio closure due to inclement weather

  • Minor sickness or injury, if supported by a doctor’s note

Make-ups must be scheduled through the office and used before the end of the current season/session.
